The Statue of Belief or “Vishwas Swaroopam” is the statue of Lord Shiva which has been built in Ganesh Tekri, Nathdwara, Rajasthan. This statue is the tallest statue of Lord Shiva in the world and the fourth tallest statue in the world. The construction work of statue of belief started in the year 2013 and was completed in the year 2019.

Description of the Statue of Belief
In The statue of belief , Lord Shiva can be seen seated with crossed legs and holding his Trishula (“The holy trident” in his left hand. The color of the statue is copper and has been galvanized to protect from rain and sun. The height of the statue is 369 feet or 112 meters, whereas, the pedestal is 100 feet or 34 meters tall. The statue can be seen from a faraway distance of 20 kilometers. 3 lakh-ton of concrete and sand have been used for the construction of the statue.

Inside the statue, an exhibition hall, as well as a public gallery, is also built. The other installations include a Nandi statue, which is 25 feet tall and 37 feet long. Statue of Belief Inauguration
The Statue of Belief will be inaugurated on October 29, 2022. The inauguration will be done by a religious preacher from Gujarat, Morari Bapu. Other dignitaries to be present are Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Assembly speaker CP Joshi, and many more. Spiritual and cultural events have been organized for nine days, from October 29 to November 6.

The Statue of Belief is situated in the Ganesh Tekri of Nathdwara town of Rajasthan which is approximately 45 kilometers away from Udaipur, the lake city of India. So, you can travel up to Udaipur via train or flight and from there can book a taxi or rent a car to reach the Statue of Belief.
