Uttarakhand govt Announced for Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri , Gangotri and Hemkund Registration is been made mandatory now. devotees who will come without registration cant go beyond the Rishikesh they will be stopped in Rishikesh . Uttarakhand government has made this announcement to manage the crowd in Char Dham.
Char Dham Yatra Daily Visitor Limit
Let us inform that the crowd of devotees is increasing day by day in the Char Dham Yatra In Kedarnath alone, till May 15, about 2 lakh devotees have visited the temple. Char Dham yatra registration mandatory as well as CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has also announced that the “daily limit of each Dham will be raised by 1,000”.
The New limit for char dham yatra will be 42000 pilgrims per day . befre the char dham yatra visiter limit was 38,000 pilgrims per day.
- 16,000 at Badrinath
- 13,000 at Kedarnath
- 8,000 at Gangotri
- 5,000 at Yamunotri
How to do Registration
Char Dham Yatra Registration can be done through the Registration Tourist Care Uttarakhand website and the Mobile Application we shared both process please go through the article for complete information.
Step:1 Browse Registration Tourist Care Uttarakhand Government Website
Step:2 Click on the Login/Register Located on upper right corner.
Step:3 Registration window will open Need to fill below details.
- Name
- Mobile
- Select the Type Tour Operator/Individual/Family
- Password
Then Click on Sign Up, You will Recieve OTP for Varification on Registered Mobile Number
Step:4 As soon as you Verify with OTP you will be Logged in you can see the registered name in Left Side.
Step:5 Now Click on Create/Manage Tour Info and Then Add New tour
Step:6 Create a Tour and Click on Update below details required to create tour.

- Tour Duration
- No Of Tourist
- Destination and Date
Step:7 Add Pilgrim Details below details need to be filled.
- Name
- age
- Phone Number
- Address
- Contact
- Passport Size Photo or Click the Photo Directly
Once all the information is filled click on Finish
Step:8 As soon as you finish you can see the Download link there you can download your Travel Document.

Char Dham yatra 2022 Registation Can be done through Mobile app . Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board has made available the facility of online registration to the devotees through the app. The department has created an app named “Tourist Care Uttarakhand” which is available on google play store and apple store .
